WELCOME TO THE ADC SECTION ON BARIUM
THIS IS A NEW ADC WEBSITE SECTION WHICH PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF INFORMATION ABOUT BARIUM AND ITS USE IN UPPER ATMOSHERIC TESTING BEING CONDUCTED BY THE UNITED STATES. THERE ARE MANY USES FOR BARIUM AND SOME OF THEM ARE LISTED BELOW.
BARIUM IS BEING FOUND IN DRINKING WATER, SNOW, AND RAIN WATER SAMPLES IN CALIFORNIA AND IN OTHER AREAS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.
THIS SECTION WILL BE UPDATED ON A MONTHLY BASIS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CALIFORNIA DRINKING WATER TESTS BELOW ARE FROM THE CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, DRINKING WATER DIVISION.
